Terms of use

Last updated October 13, 2026

These terms cover your use of gethalftone.com, run by Halftone Studio (“Halftone,” “we”). By using the site, you agree to them. Client projects are covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over anything here.

Using the site

You are welcome to browse, read and contact us through the site. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at scale, or send spam through the forms or the intake assistant.

Pricing and information

Prices, timelines and plan details on the site describe how we typically work and can change. The final scope, price and timeline for any project are the ones in your written proposal or agreement.

Our work and content

The site's design, text and code belong to Halftone. Our work section includes client projects and concept work; the brands, names and content shown in them belong to their owners. Please don't copy the site or its content without asking.

The intake assistant

The assistant on the site is an AI tool that helps us understand your project. Its replies are a starting point, not a quote or a commitment. Anything we agree to will be confirmed by us in writing.

Links to other sites

We link to live client sites and other pages we think are useful. We aren't responsible for content on sites we don't run.

No warranty

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Halftone isn't liable for losses that come from using the site itself.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
