Privacy policy

• What you send us. When you fill out the project form or a contact form, we receive what you enter: usually your name, email, phone, business and a description of what you need.
• Intake assistant chats. If you use the assistant on the site, we keep the conversation and anything you share in it so we can follow up on your project.
• Basic, anonymous usage stats. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
• Public business information.For outreach, we look at publicly available information about businesses, such as a practice's website, listing and published contact email.

Only to reply to you, scope and deliver your project, follow up on a conversation you started, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

A few providers process information on our behalf, only to run the site and our work:

• Vercel, which hosts the website and provides the anonymous analytics.
• Anthropic, which powers the intake assistant's replies.
• Resend and Google, which deliver and store our email.
• Our database provider, which stores form submissions and project notes.

The public site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie for our own private admin area.

If we reached out to your business, it was because your practice or company publishes that email for business inquiries. Every message offers a simple way to opt out: reply “no thanks” or use the unsubscribe link, and we won't contact you again.

We keep project and inquiry details for as long as they are useful for working together, and delete them on request. Opt-out requests are kept so we can honor them.

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email halftone.studio.io@gmail.com and we will handle it promptly.
